I am a freelance photographer based in Kirkcudbright, Dumfries and Galloway. Photography has been a hobby for more than 40 years and I take mostly landscape and architectural photographs but also enjoy taking nature photographs. I have recently relocated from Derbyshire where I produced and sold greetings cards and postcards to local shops. I hope to do the same here when I have built up a portfolio of local interest.
I was asked by the Kirkcudbright Summer Festivities Committee if I would take photos of this year's Kirkcudbright Grand Parade and Tattoo. I also photographed the Kirkcudbright Classic Car Rally. Some of these event photographs have been featured in the Galloway News. Recently I photographed the Kirkcudbright Parish Players rehearsing 'After Esme' which they performed as part of the Kirkcudbright Fringe.

Areas Covered
I am now based in Kirkcudbright and undertake work mostly in the Kirkcudbrightshire and Castle Douglas areas but I would consider undertaking projects further afield.
Fees
My fees are determined on a project by project basis depending on the degree of complexity and the amount of time required to provide the services required. I provide a fee quotation at the outset based on an initial meeting to establish your requirements and I invoice in stages as I progress with the work.
I believe my fees are reasonable and there is no VAT added to my invoices.
